Frank Ready is Henry Company’s President and CEO.

Since joining Henry in 2014, Frank leads the company by setting strategic direction, championing new market expansion, driving continuous improvement, developing talent and facilitating merger and acquisition activities. Prior to joining Henry, Frank spent 30 years with Armstrong World Industries — the last 4 years as Chief Executive Officer, Worldwide Floor Products.

Frank graduated with a BA in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College.
