Miguel Hernandez

Chief Legal Officer

Miguel serves as General Counsel for Henry Company. He began his Henry career in 2013 as Director, Product Liability, and has expanded his role to cover all legal and warranty matters. Miguel has been instrumental in developing a strong business partnership with key internal and external stakeholders while at the same time effectively managing risk and legal exposure.

Miguel holds a Law Degree from the Loyola Marymount University Loyola Law School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
