Henry 787 Elastomeric Fluid Applied Waterproofing Membrane is a single component, cold-applied, rubberized asphalt emulsion that cures to provide a heavy-duty “seamless,” rubber-like membrane for use in waterproofing or damp-proofing concrete or masonry surfaces above and below grade. It is ideally suited as a premium waterproofing or damp-proofing coating on concrete block (CMU) foundation walls.

Henry 787 is ideally suited to be used as a premium waterproofing or damp proofing coating on concrete block (CMU) foundation walls. The elastomeric membrane formed is characterized by its high solids content while retaining a relatively high degree of workability. Henry 787 Elastomeric Fluid Applied Waterproofing membrane may be applied by trowel, brush or spray.
