Hot Rubberized Fluid Asphalt Membrane

Henry's time-tested 790-11 hot rubberized, fluid asphalt is formulated to provide a monolithic, fully bonded roofing and waterproofing membrane. It is composed of a specially selected blend of refined asphalts, synthetic rubber, and mineral stabilizers.

790-11 is modified with additives to promote adhesion and improve low-temperature flexibility. Henry also offers an environmentally friendly version of the tried and true hot rubberized asphalt, 790-11 EV.

Product Details

Henry 790-11 is a hot-applied, rubberized asphalt formulated to provide a monolithic, fully bonded roofing and waterproofing membrane. It is hot poured in a single or fabric-reinforced application. Henry 790-11 is composed of a specially selected blend of refined asphalts, synthetic rubber, and mineral stabilizers. It is modified with additives to promote adhesion and improve low-temperature flexibility.

USAGE:
Henry 790-11 is used as a waterproofing and roofing membrane on horizontal and vertical surfaces. It is ideal for highway bridge decks, underground parking, ramps, podium decks, railway bridge decks, parking decks, plaza decks, tunnels, planters, reflective pools, and protected membrane roofing assemblies.

  • Seamless application provides monolithic waterproofing.

  • Bridges non-working cracks up to 1/16" in width.

  • Conforms to surface irregularities.

Competitive, Constructable, Complete Specifying Total Envelope Solutions in a Low-Bid World

A whopping 90% of construction litigation is driven by moisture intrusion. That intrusion occurs within just 5% of the total surface area of the envelope. The culprit is always the same: transitions and penetrations. The roof must transition to the wall, the wall must transition to the foundation, the punched openings must be tied into the air barrier, the insulation must be installed over the air barrier, and the cladding goes overtop that... and on and on. What’s the challenge? We need the envelope to perform as a unified whole, but we specify, design, bid, VE, install, and inspect it in phases, which always involves multiple manufacturers and multiple trades.
