This is an introductory-level course for architects, specifiers, and consultants. Its purpose is to familiarize the attendee with fluid-applied roof restoration and why it should be considered. Topics covered in this course include evaluating substrates to determine their suitability for roof restoration, products used in roof restoration and the application of those products, and inspections and quality controls.

  • Define what roof restoration is and why restoration should be considered
  • Identify coating restoration substrates and how to complete a roof evaluation
  • Identify restoration products and proper applications
  • Determine quality control and inspection process with coating restoration
