Henry Company joins Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM)
Offering a diverse and well-balanced portfolio of building products
Henry company is excited to be the newest addition to the Carlisle Construction Materials family of brands. Going forward, Henry Company and Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing (CCW) will be led by Frank Ready, who served as Henry Company CEO since 2014.
With a combined 192 years of brand history, CCM and Henry share the belief that innovation is one of the best ways to deliver value to customers. The Henry acquisition will advance CCM’s leadership position in the building envelope space by allowing CCM to offer a wider array of products that bring more value to our customers. Henry offers a diverse and well-balanced portfolio of building products for new construction, repairs, and restoration projects in the residential, light commercial, and commercial end-markets.
Customers of all CCM brands, including Henry and CCW, will continue to purchase their preferred waterproofing and air/vapor barrier products through their current sales channels.
